Butcher Jacks, the big red shop on the corner of Wairau Road and Glenfield Road opened its doors in Glenfield, Auckland in 1995.

 John and Jacque,  owner operators of this family run business and their qualified team of butchers and packers are totally focused on providing their customers wth only the best of New Zealand meat.

As the son of a butcher, John is proud to be able to maintain the traditional butchery skills taught to him by his father as well respecting his customers and giving them individual detail and promoting only the best of New Zealand meat.

This weeks specials run from 15 May until 21 May 2012 or while stocks last.

JOHN CORMACK AND BUTCHER JACKS HAVE BEEEN AWARDED THE BRONZE MEDAL FOR THEIR MANUKA SMOKED HAM IN THE INAUGURAL 100% NEW ZEALAND HAM COMPETITION. The competition celebrates the best-of-the-best New Zealand ham. The competition is only open to NZ butchers who make ham from 100% NZ pork.
